Proxy Talk Replay: ACCR Discusses Shareholder Proposals at ANZ
On Wednesday December 2nd (AEDT)/ Tuesday December 1st (PST) Glass Lewis hosted a Proxy Talk conference call with representatives from the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (“ACCR”). The discussion covered two shareholder resolutions that ACCR have filed at Australia and New Zealand Bank Group Limited requesting (i) shareholders’ ability to submit non-binding shareholder resolutions; and (ii) increased disclosure on the firm’s financed carbon emissions.
