Our Stewardship team identifies material issues at focus list companies using a methodology based on Glass Lewis' longstanding expertise in proxy voting. We alert contacts via email and through Governance Hub, our corporate platform with 2,500+ subscribers.

We schedule engagement meetings with the company to discuss the issues, and conduct follow-ups via email or through meetings at least twice per year.
