We have updated the “Board Directorships Table” in our Election of Directors research to display where a director serves as “chair” or “executive” on their external public company directorships. This new feature allows clients to better assess a director’s level of outside commitments.
Where a director serves as chair or executive at another company, a superscript “C” or “E” will appear next to the relevant company.
