Research and Engagement


His team publishes research on 30,000+ meetings and engages with 3,000+ companies. In addition to overseeing global proxy research, he also helms the company’s thought leadership in ESG policy and shareholder engagement.
Eric brings over 20 years of experience in corporate governance and investment stewardship to the company. He previously served as Vice President, Investment Stewardship at BlackRock. Eric has participated in a broad range of engagements with public company executives and institutional investor groups, developing expertise in board quality, shareholder accountability, executive compensation, and corporate sustainability disclosures.
US Research




She has authored several content pieces and oversees the creation of research projects and papers. Krishna also collaborates on policy development and guides the development for various models, products and processes for the team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Santa Clara University.


She also has primary responsibility for developing and implementing Glass Lewis’ North American corporate governance research policies, as well as leading engagement efforts with public companies and other stakeholders.
Brianna is the author of several content pieces for Glass Lewis and is an active participant in product and process development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Philosophy degree in History from the University of Cambridge.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in business from Santa Clara University.


EMEA & LatAm


She joined Glass Lewis in 2015 as an executive remuneration analyst for Continental Europe, before joining the DACH team. In her current role, she maintains oversight of the research teams covering DACH, Benelux and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Silvia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics in Genoa (Italy) and a M.Sc. Double Degree in International Business from the Universities of Pavia (Italy) and Tübingen (Germany).


In her current role, she supports research production in the EMEA and LatAM markets.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Limerick Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Programming and Design Principles.


Rob led the Canadian research team for several years before taking a leading role in the management and oversight of the EMEA and LatAM Research group.
Rob’s current role involves the oversight of People and Team Organization across multiple regions and offices.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Taxation from the Limerick Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Financial Services from the University of Limerick.


Since 2020, Chris has held additional responsibility for the development and application of Glass Lewis Benchmark Policy for EMEA and Latin America, and has been actively involved in engagement with public companies and other stakeholders in the region. Chris is currently based in Manila to support the expansion of the research team in the region.
Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management with German from the University of Nottingham and an MA in International Business Administration from the University of Hamburg.


She subsequently managed the Northern European team which included the Nordics, UK and Ireland and authored several white papers, magazine articles, and data-centric projects in that time. Since September 2023, Natasha has been responsible for the oversight of research, engagement, and thought leadership for the EMEA and Latin America teams.
Natasha has an academic background in Law with both an LLB (with minors in French and Politics) and LLM (focussed on comparative European Law) from the University of Limerick, where she subsequently taught for a number of years. Natasha recently graduated with a first-class honours Executive MBA from the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick.
APAC


She has contributed as a guest lecturer in government-led initiatives promoting women’s participation and economic growth, and has also participated in research projects examining the business benefits of diversity in corporate leadership. In addition, she has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences as a speaker and panelist for both investors and issuers.
In 2020, with the establishment of Glass Lewis Japan, she relocated back to Japan to assume operational leadership of the Tokyo office. She currently oversees the firm’s research and engagement activities in both the Japanese and South Korean markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, was awarded the National Institute of Mental Health Career Opportunities in Research Scholarship in 2009 and 2010, and is fluent in both Japanese and English.


Stewardship


Elena later led proxy research across various Continental European markets before establishing, and now leading, the Stewardship team, leveraging extensive experience in corporate engagement.
In her current role, Elena partners with investors to advance their stewardship initiatives, with a particular focus on climate, biodiversity, human rights, and governance engagement. She also regularly contributes to Glass Lewis and industry panels and conferences, sharing insights on stewardship and emerging ESG trends.
IVOX (Germany)


Since returning to Germany in 2008, she has worked at IVOX Glass Lewis as a corporate governance analyst and expert on the German market.
Since the takeover by Glass Lewis in June 2015, she has held the position of Senior Director of Research at IVOX Glass Lewis and is the contact person for questions relating to governance analyses, annual general meeting topics, and engagement. Ms. Sänger-Zschorn is also a specialist in the field of policy and custom policy. In addition, she writes articles for specialist journals and explains key issues relating to guidelines, transparency, and governance in seminars and lectures.
Proxinvest (France)


After working as a governance analyst and data flow manager, she was appointed head of the France Research team in 2017 and then Director of ESG Research France in 2021. Since the takeover by Glass Lewis in December 2022, she has held the position of Senior Director of Research at Proxinvest and is the contact person for questions related to research. She is Proxinvest’ representative on the board of directors of the French Sustainable Investment Forum (FIR).
