SAN FRANCISCO (June 22, 2016) – Glass Lewis, the leading independent provider of global governance services, named Michael Vogele as Senior Director of European Engagement and Kern McPherson as Senior Director of North American Research.

Michael Vogele’s new role, Senior Director of European Engagement, will be based in London to oversee the rapid expansion of Glass Lewis’ interactions with market participants in the region. In particular, Michael will foster relationships between Glass Lewis and European issuers as well as with key investor and corporate organizations. Kern is a highly-regarded leader within the North American research team, with seven years of experience analyzing and engaging with issuers.

“Kern’s promotion into this key leadership role demonstrates our commitment to developing leaders who can best support the evolving needs of our institutional clients and is yet another example of the depth of talent within the Glass Lewis research organization,” said Bertinetti.
