One of the most effective ways for companies to engage with Glass Lewis is through direct meetings with our research analysts. We prioritize meeting requests to:
  • Discuss material concerns relevant to our research.
  • Foster dialogue about our research policies and methodologies with companies that haven’t previously or recently engaged with us.
  • Seek clarification on company-specific situations or industry practices

Meetings are categorized into three types and considered based on our issuer relations policies

Routine Shareholder Meetings

  • Request before the publication of shareholder meeting materials and outside of peak proxy season periods. 
  • Detailed meeting agendas are required.

E&S Shareholder Proposals & Activism

Request after the proposal is submitted and before the company’s proxy statement is filed. Requests are considered during proxy season periods.

Contested Meetings and M&A Transactions

  • Requests may be submitted throughout the year, including proxy season periods.
  • Due to the dynamic nature of these situations, relevant meeting documents and filings will be reviewed before responding to requests.
