One of the most effective ways for companies to engage with Glass Lewis is through direct meetings with our research analysts. We prioritize meeting requests to:

Discuss material concerns relevant to our research.
Foster dialogue about our research policies and methodologies with companies that haven’t previously or recently engaged with us.
Seek clarification on company-specific situations or industry practices

Meetings are categorized into three types and considered based on our issuer relations policies

Issuer Relations Policies

Routine Shareholder Meetings

Request before the publication of shareholder meeting materials and outside of peak proxy season periods.
Detailed meeting agendas are required.

Request Meeting

E&S Shareholder Proposals & Activism

Request after the proposal is submitted and before the company’s proxy statement is filed. Requests are considered during proxy season periods.

Request Meeting

Contested Meetings and M&A Transactions

Requests may be submitted throughout the year, including proxy season periods.
Due to the dynamic nature of these situations, relevant meeting documents and filings will be reviewed before responding to requests.
