Climate Intelligence is provided “as is,” and Glass Lewis makes no express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees concerning the accuracy or completeness of Climate Intelligence or the analysis, data, information, or research therein (or their underlying third-party sources).

Glass Lewis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, Climate Intelligence, and users of Climate Intelligence assume full responsibility for any investment or business decisions made based thereon.

Glass Lewis may provide services to entities that are the subject of Climate Intelligence. Policies and procedures are in place within Glass Lewis to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest.
