As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Glass Lewis, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our global hiring goals. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to build robust pipelines of high-quality candidates across a range of functions including corporate governance research, client services, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, online databases, Boolean search, employee referrals, and social platforms. Responsible for sourcing and generating quality leads to support recruitment and hiring needs across various roles and functions.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest and alignment with the role and company values.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.
- Track and report on sourcing activity and metrics using the ATS and/or CRM tools.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and promote Glass Lewis as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging sourcing tools.
- Maintain high standards of candidate data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or HR, ideally within a fast-paced or global environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and build rapport with passive candidates.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities.
- Interest in corporate governance, financial services, or ESG is a plus.
This is a project-based, hybrid role based in our Makati City office, requiring regular in-office attendance three times a week.
