Senior Supervisor / Manager, Sourcing & Support – People Team

The Manager, Sourcing & Support plays a critical role in driving proactive and strategic talent sourcing initiatives to meet our seasonal and global hiring needs. This role is essential in building strong pipelines of qualified candidates—especially for high-volume hiring during the proxy season—and supporting open roles across business functions and regions in the off-season.
In addition to managing end-to-end sourcing, this role provides sourcing support to regional HR leaders (North America, EMEA, and APAC), helps strengthen Glass Lewis’ employer brand, and contributes to broader People Team initiatives including employee relations, engagement, and labor relations, reporting support during non-peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for proxy season hiring in the Philippines, focusing on high-volume roles such as Research Associates.
- Support ongoing recruitment efforts for niche or hard-to-fill roles in governance, finance, research, and corporate functions across global regions.
- Partner with regional HR leaders and recruiters Globally to support international sourcing needs and global talent pipeline planning.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social platforms, and networking) to identify top talent.
- Create and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of sourcing specialists or recruiters (seasonal or project-based, as applicable).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with workforce planning and business goals.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., time to source, quality of hire, channel effectiveness) and recommend improvements.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Strengthen Glass Lewis’ employer brand by supporting recruitment marketing efforts, crafting sourcing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
- Represent the company in online forums, communities, and job fairs to attract talent aligned with our culture and values.
Off-Season HR Support
- Support and coordinate local employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing events, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Assist in managing employee relations cases, including documentation, investigation support, and policy communication.
- Provide ongoing support for labor relations and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and internal standards.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on initiatives that strengthen employee experience, retention, and workplace culture during non-peak hiring periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience as a supervisor, senior supervisor or assistant manager, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in international sourcing and supporting regional or global HR teams.
- Prior exposure to recruiting in finance, research, corporate governance, or niche roles is highly desirable.
- Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, CRM/ATS platforms).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Experience or exposure to employee relations, engagement, or labor relations is a strong plus.
- Experience in supporting AU and Japan as HR is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing or mentoring a sourcing/recruitment team.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment and reporting tools.
- Passion for corporate governance, sustainability, ESG, or finance-related industries.
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Makati City office, requiring regular in-office attendance three times a week.
