CGI Glass Lewis’ is pleased to announce the release of our expanded 2014 Australian Season Review.
This Review provides detailed analysis of corporate governance practices amongst Australian companies, key shareholder voting issues and trends, case studies of best and worst practice, and our recommendations over the last year. We hope that this deep dive into CGI Glass Lewis’ developing views on the market provides value and insight into key areas of corporate governance in practice, including director elections, remuneration, shareholder activism and placements, as the 2015 proxy season approaches.
As we enter FY2016, this Review will inform updates to our Australian guidelines, which we will send to all clients upon our Guidelines release in Q3 of this year.
