On Thursday, July 12 @ 2 PM EDT, Glass Lewis hosted a Proxy Talk discussing enhancements to Glass Lewis’ proprietary Pay-for-Performance model. We will discuss changes in our peer group selection process, specifically the use of peers derived by Equilar, Inc. Glass Lewis will explain how the new Pay-for-Performance model will be used as part of our research and analysis to make proxy voting recommendations on say on pay proposals.
