Who We Serve

Highlights
Pay Dirt
Hundreds of U.S. companies continue to pay their senior executive teams millions -- and often, tens of millions -- of dollars of annual pay for performances ranging from mediocre to abysmal. In this report, we sought to spotlight U.S. companies whose recent executive-compensation practices exemplify some of the best and worst in corporate America. We show the S&P 500 and Russell 3000 companies that had the best and worst pay-for-performance ratings for 2005, based on Glass Lewis & Co.'s proprietary algorithm and model. In addition, we show which companies had the highest-paid executive teams, regardless of performance and preview many of the new features in store for next year's proxy filings.
